  • Masks must be worn at all times.

    • Door-to-door sales of anything (e.g. potatoes, apples, or tickets).
    • Partnering with a local business to fundraise (e.g. bagging of groceries, fundraising through drive through lines).
Team Photographs:
  • Team photographs are now permitted, as long as the linked protocols are followed.
  • If team photos cannot be done with physical distancing (6-feet) then masks must be worn for the entire duration of the team photo process. No exceptions.
  • All other team photo activities must be done with respect to Public Health guidelines whether it be inside a facility or out in the community.
  • All photographers that are selected by teams/associations to be involved with team photo activity are to be counted within cohort numbers while inside facilities and are to be contact traced.
Team Liaisons and Contact Tracers:
  • You are required to wear a mask upon entering the rink.
  • Please arrive at the rink 20 minutes before the scheduled ice time unless the hosting rink has different protocols.
  • The contact tracing form can be found here.
  • You must ensure that everyone (child and parent) that enters the rink has their name and a phone number recorded. Where possible, please collect information for on-ice officials as well.
  • You must retain the physical copy of the sheet and email a full-sized image to alex.macbain@cmhapei.ca immediately upon completion of your ice time.
