The Charlottetown Bantam AA Abbies captured the Provincial Championship in dramatic fashion during the Championship Tournament held at Tignish this past weekend.
The Charlottetown Bantam AA Abbies captured the Provincial Championship in dramatic fashion during the Championship Tournament held at Tignish this past weekend.
The Abbies (Seeded # 4th ) after going 1-1-1 in the round robin defeated the # 2 seeded North River Flames in double OT 2-1 and then squared off against #1 seeded Summerside Capitals to once again pull off a 2-1 victory in double OT.
