U18 AA Attack Tryout Registration

Please pre-register for U18 AA Attack tryouts by emailing u18centralattackaa@gmail.com by noon Sunday, October 3rd.

Please include the following:

• Full Name
• Position
• Shoots left/right
• Last Year’s Team
• Phone number
• Email address

E-transfer can be made to u18centralattackaa@gmail.com, players name in the message box
please. We encourage everyone to pay the tryout fees by transfer but will be available to take
payment at the rink before the first tryout if needed.

Phase 1 will consist of 3 ice times guaranteed and the cost is $30 for each player:

• Monday, Oct 4th - 7:30 pm Simmons Arena
• Wednesday, Oct 6th - 8:40 pm Simmons Arena
• Friday Oct 8th, - 8:40 pm Simmons Arena

Those players invited back for Phase 2 will be posted to the website Saturday, Oct 9th.

Phase 2 schedule is as follows:

• Saturday Oct 9th - 4:50 pm Simmons
• Monday Oct 11th - 7:30 pm Simmons
• Tuesday Oct 12th - 8:40 pm Simmons
