George Trainor Holiday Classic - Call for Volunteers

The Charlottetown and Sherwood Minor Hockey Associations have come together to begin quick plans of hosting the 16th Annual George Trainor Holiday Classic this December 2021.

The George Trainor Holiday Classic (GTHC) depends on volunteers to help put on a successful tournament for male and female “A” level divisions from U9 to U18.

Positions that need to be filled ASAP for the tournament to happen are below:

• Treasurer
• Hospitality Coordinator
• Schedule Coordinator
• Ice Coordinator
• Shootout Coordinator
• Timekeeper Coordinator
• Sponsorship & 50/50 Coordinator
• Disciplinary and Rule Committee (at least 3 members and can hold more than one position)

There will be other volunteer positions needed for the tournament.

• Hospitality Volunteers
• Rink Supervisors
• Timekeepers
• 50/50 Sellers
• Runners

There will be a meeting on October 5th, 2021, from 7-9 PM at 40 Enman Crescent, Room 125 for anyone who is interested and/or has input to offer.
