Annual General Meeting
The 2021 Charlottetown Minor Hockey Association's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 7:00 PM on June 9th at a location to be announced. Attendees will have to pre-register to attend. The deadline for registration is June 5th.
Pre-registration can be completed by emailing your name and phone number to charlottetownminorhockey@gmail.com.
Executive Nominations
Nominations are now being accepted for the following positions on the CMHA Executive:
President
Director of Finance
Director of Operations (Scheduling)
Director of Development
All positions are two-year term positions. Detailed descriptions of each position can be found under the CMHA Constitution.

Division Coordinator Nominations
Nominations are being accepted for Division Coordinators for each division. This position was established to ensure a clear line of communication between CMHA members and coordinator to solve team, league, and division issues that may come up throughout the season. Additionally, as the majority of the Executive’s children either have graduated or are graduating from minor hockey, this position is a good way to get involved in the administration of the Association without making a huge commitment.
This position is a one-year term position.
