On ice warm up starts at 7:20, players are allowed to arrive at the rink no earlier then 6:30. They do not have to be half dressed. 

1 parent per player is allowed into the rink to watch [Pownal rink rule]. Reminder to follow Covid protocols. 

Tuesday practice 4:00 pm to 5:20 at Cody Banks
