U15 AA Attack Tryout Pre-Registration

This is a call to anyone interested in trying out for the U15 AA Central Attack team please email pcamenzuli89@gmail.com with the following information:

• Player's Name
• Position
• Date of Birth

Phase one of tryouts will be $30 for at least three ice times. This can be paid at the rink prior to the first ice time.

Please note that you must be registered with your home Association first before attending.
