U13 AAA Attack Tryout Pre-Registration

This is a call to anyone interested in trying out for the U13 AAA Central Attack team, please email centralattackpeewee@outlook.com with the following information before October 1:

• Player's Name
• Position
• Date of Birth
• Last Year's Team
• Parent/Guardian Contact Info

Phase one of tryouts will be $30. This can be paid at the rink prior to the first ice time.

Please note that you must be registered with your home Association before attending.
