Midget AA Central Attack Capture Title in Summerside

Congratulations to the Midget AA Central Attack!
The Charlottetown Minor Hockey Association would like to congratulate the Midget AA Central Attack on winning the Summerside 2020 Centennial Automotive Midget AA Tournament.
The Attack rose above fourteen other participating teams to place first in the round robin. They beat the Kings County Wild 4-1 in their quarterfinal matchup. Owen Morrison was the player of the game for the Attack in the quarters. The Attack then beat the KV Hawks in a tight 3-2 semifinal. Nolan Hughes was the player of the game in the semis. Finally, the Attack battled O'Leary in the championship. O'Leary is currently first place in the Midget AA league. After sixty minutes, the game was tied 1-1. David Gallant of the Attack rose to the task and scored the championship-winning goal in overtime. The player of the game was Zach Hughes.
Individually, Zach Hughes was a tournament all-star. Jack Roberts was tournament MVP. Congratulations to all players, coaches, and volunteers with the Midget AA Central Attack on a big win over the weekend!
