Peewee AAA Abbies Capitalize in Summerside

The Charlottetown Peewee AAA Abbies won the 20th Annual Edd McNeill Memorial Tournament.
The Charlottetown Minor Hockey Association would like to congratulate the Peewee AAA Charlottetown Abbies on their recent tournament win in the 20th Annual Edd McNeill Memorial Tournament. The tournament was attended by ten Peewee teams from across the Maritimes from March 1st to March 4th, 2018.
This is the Peewee AAA team's second tournament win of the year, as they won SPRMHA's Early Bird Tournament toward the start of the season. The team also had an exciting run in the 43rd Annual Spud Minor Hockey Tournament, where they reached the championship game. The team's success in the Edd McNeill Memorial comes at a momentous time, as the Abbies gear up to host the Peewee AAA Provincials over March 16th-18th.
In addition to team success, team captain Cam Squires was awarded Tournament MVP honours, and forward Brett Arsenault was named a Tournament All-Star.

The Peewee AAA Charlottetown Abbies team consists of Brett Arsenault, Sam Casford, Ethan Clark, Ryan Harper, Alex Koughan, Jonah MacDonald, Seamus MacEachern, Finn Morris, Nathan Mossey, Brennan Murphy, Zack O'Meara, Jack Rowell, Keegan Rush-Germaine, Max Sentner, Cam Squires, Creegan Tompkins, and Wil White, and is coached by Jeff Squires, Chris Hedefine, and _______.
