Introduction To Hockey

Charlottetown Minor Hockey Association will once again be offering “Introduction to Hockey” this winter designed to teach children how to skate plus basic hockey skills.
The program is open to children residing in Charlottetown and Sherwood who are not currently registered to play hockey, 12 years of age and under, of any skill level.

Registration will be limited to the first 40 children.
The cost for Charlottetown area residents is $100 and there will be a minimum of 12 ice times Sunday mornings commencing late November.

We are very happy to say that we now have 7 teams at the Novice level for the 2016/17 season, many of the 42 kids that participated in last seasons program are now part of our regular program.

We have had 200 kids receive equipment through our gear program since August and still have a lot of free shin pads, pants, shoulder pads and skates available for kids that want to try hockey.
